Vrindavan Certified Organic (ACO) Breathe Blend is a blend of Cedarwood Atlas, Peppermint, Lemon, and Eucalyptus essential oils.

These essential oils are antibacterial and help relieve cold and flu symptoms. I use this beautiful fresh blend of oils to inhale or put in my essential oil vaporiser when I feel a cold coming on and when I have a cold and need some relief for my nose, throat and chest. This blend is especially formulated to help clear the nose and chest and kill the cold bacteria, helping to reduce the length and severity of symptoms.
