Ingredients: Gluten Free Penne (50%) (White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Maize Flour), Mushroom Flakes (11%), Nutritional Yeast, Tapioca Starch, Texturized Pea Protein, Coconut Milk Powder, Ground Onion, Ground Garlic, Acacia Fibre, Probiotic Culture (Bacillus coagulans), Sea Salt, Dried Spinach Flakes (1%), Dried Rosemary, Ground Black Pepper.

Directions for Use:
Stove Top: Add contents of packet (240g) to 800ml water. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 10-12 minutes, stirring regularly until sauce has thickened and pasta is cooked through. Let sit for another 2 minutes prior to serving
Microwave: In a microwave-safe bowl, add contents of packet (240g) to 600mL hot water. Microwave uncovered for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally during cooking. Let sit for another 2 minutes prior to serving.
Close package immediately after use. Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight
