Planet Organic’s 100% Pure Organic Japanese Matcha is bright green in colour and is complex, rich and aromatic with a sweet lingering finish. Consisting only of pure green tea leaves stone ground into a fine but densely nutritious green powder which is Certified Organic and filled with so much green goodness that it has up to 137 times the antioxidants and 10 times the nutritional equivalent of regular green tea.

Directions:

• Put 1/2 tsp matcha into a cup
• Add a small amount of hot water (use water that’s just under boiling temperature) and mix to paste
• Add rest of hot water and whisk vigorously until the tea is frothy
• Enjoy your matcha tea!

Note – If you prefer it a little sweeter, you can add your favourite sweetener. We stock Birch Xylitol which is a healthy low GI natural sugar alternative and tastes just like white sugar.
